I agree with this 190 % for it’s helped me servel times in my life span of 55 years . Especially when I lost my first spouse / boyfriend of 26 1/2 years and then my second spouse of 4 years almost to sudden death and then servel others mind and heart squeezing like I was dying too . Most of my writing are dark even screaming hate to the ones who murdered my second spouse . Now I find me in love again after 31/2 years of me by my self and well mainly write about how wrong he’s done me and how I hate being in love with him
